Procopio Palazzolo, the owner of the popular downtown Italian eatery at 127 N. Second St., went before members of the Historic Review Board on Tuesday asking for permission to take a restoration done of his existing building two years ago and expand it across another one-story building — a former vacuum shop — he recently purchased next door.
